1st semi final match between MI & RCB
IPL, the Indian premium league has always been more than cricket. I Love the IPL and this time I fully enjoyed IPL matches at home with my friends, Family and mDeals. Today is a challenging time for Mumbai Indians and during the entire tournament Sachin has played like a man possessed and someone, who wants to hold the IPL trophy most. The match will start at 8.00 pm, well I am so excited for today’s match and hope you’ll also.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup whipped cream 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 dash of lemon juice

3. Garnish with a mango or pineapple slice, if desired.

2 large ripe mangos
2 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 cups lemon juice
1 cup sugar, more if desired
Mint sprigs, as much as desired
Pitcher, with lid
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Peel, pit and chop mangos into chunks.
2. In a food processor or blender, puree the mango. There should be about 2 cups of puree when you’re finished.
3. In a pitcher, combine the mango puree, water, lemon juice and sugar. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
4. Cover with lid and refrigerate until very cold, at least 5 hours and preferably overnight. This allows the flavors to blend and intensify.
5. Taste and add additional sugar if desired.
6. Pour the lemonade over ice in tall glasses. Garnish with mint, and serve.

Health walks to mark "world health Day”.
Health walks to mark ‘world health Day”. People of the all age group including senior citizen, youngsters, male and female participated in a health walk. Health walks to spread public awareness on hygiene to avoid infections or epidemics during the Commonwealth Games and marked World Health Day, on Wednesday. The event was organized by the Art of living foundation in association with the Delhi Medical association. The health walk is the beginning of the group plan, which would continue for over six months, leading up to the common wealth game.
Commonwealth Games is going to happen in Delhi and the most feared thing that can happen during that period is that infectious diseases or epidemics can come to Delhi. If it happens it’s such a shameful thing for Delhi. After that people will not come to Delhi.
Tourism sector will be affected," added Dr. Narendra Saini, president of the Delhi Medical Association.
